What countries do you ship to?

We currenty ship to the United States and Hong Kong. However, we're looking to expand to more tea-loving nations. Want us to come your way next? Click the "Get Notified" button on the bottom of the page.

 

I've purchased a TeaCha Subscription using Standard Shipping. When will my order be shipped?

We ship our subscription packs once a month between the 20th and 25th. Hong Kong customers can expect their TeaCha subscription packs within this period, while U.S. customers can expect them within 7-14 working days.

 

Are shipping costs included?

Yes, the quoted cost includes Standard Shipping. Extra charges may apply to expediated orders using the SpeedPost option.

 

Will TeaCha charge any additional costs?

Your TeaCha Subscription has no hidden costs whatsoever. All costs are included in the quoted price. The only exception is if you select the expedited SpeedPost option, for which an extra charge may be applied.

 

What types of payment does TeaCha accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express symbol. We also accept payments through PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/ph/webapps/mpp/make-online-payments.

 

When will my card or PayPal account be charged for my purchase?

We will charge your card or PayPal account immediately after you place your order.

 

How can I return or exchange an item that I purchased?

No returns are permitted as TeaCha packs are perishable. If you are not satisfied with the product in any way, please get in touch with us at cs@teachatea.com.

 

How can I change my address?

Log in to your account to manage any account settings, including shipping address.

 

When will my first purchase arrive?

This depends on 2 things: 1) The type of item purchased and 2) the shipping option selected.For items purchased from our Tea Shop (e.g. tea bags or loose-leaf teas) under Standard Shipping, we typically ship on the next business day. Hong Kong customers can expect Tea Shop shipments within 2-3 business days, and U.S. customers within 7-10 business days. Under SpeedPost, Hong Kong customers will receive Tea Shop shipments on the next business day, and U.S. customers within 2-5 business days. For TeaCha Subscriptions (1, 3, 5, or 13 months) purchased under Standard Shipping, we typically ship between the 20th and 25th of each month. Hong Kong customers will receive  shipments around this period, and U.S. customers within 7-14 days of this window.

 

Does TeaCha offer any special prices or discounts?

Yes. Teacha subscribers enjoy lifetime discounts for various Tea Shop (e.g. tea bags or loose-leaf teas) purchases. See our Tea Subscription page for more details.

 

Can I get samples before ordering?

We don't offer samples, but our teas are all of premium quality. If you're interested in trying out TeaCha without a long-term commitment, consider subscribing for a single month. You can then upgrade and extend your subscription at a later date to sample the best of each month throughout the year.

 

Where do TeaCha's teas come from?

All over the world. All teas in the TeaCha line are specially selected, revered teas of each major tea-producing nation. See our Tea Shop to learn more.

 

How do I extend my subscription?

The full TeaCha Subscription plan (Tea Journey) spans 13 months. If you have subscribed to any of the other 3 plans (1, 3, or 5 months), you can upgrade and extend your subscription anytime before the deadline, i.e. when your existing subscription ends. Simply log in to your account and follow the steps. Note: TeaCha Subscriptions cannot be upgraded and extended if the deadline has passed.

 

How can I check on my order, and how do I get a copy of my invoice?

Upon checkout, we will email you a receipt containing all the details you need.

 

What exactly happens after I place my order?

If you purchase 1 of our 4 Tea Subscriptions, your first pack (“The Foundations of Tea”) will be shipped during our next shipping period. Shipping periods fall between the 20th and 25th of each month. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is processed.

 

If you made a purchase in our Tea Shop, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

 

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

It will typically be listed as “Out of Stock” on our website.
